Our Story

We are the Castle's and we live in Southeast Kansas on a first generation farm that we have built up from scratch. We proudly raise pigs and chickens and we fill families’ dinner tables all over the state with some of the best tasting meat.

We believe our pork and chicken is unique and packs a powerful taste because our animals are raised with sustainability in mind. Not only are our animals offered free access to grain, but they are also rotationally grazed through the timber and grassy fields of our property. Through various times of the year we partner with other local farms to give our animals special treats of pumpkins, whey, apples, pears and so much more.

Our family's motto is Faith, Family, Farming. Without God in our lives we would not be where we are today. He is first and foremost in all our decisions. Family is second. Without the help and love from family, farming just wouldn't be as fun and enjoyable. Farming is hard work and we love every minute of it (well maybe not every minute, but we wouldn't change our lifestyle for anything).
