This box option is pork only. You will receive an email each month to select your cuts of meat and then you will pick up your box at the market on the first Saturday of each month.
If you do not fill out your form prior to pickup day then your box will become farmer’s choice that month and you will not be able to make substitutions at pickup.
Your selections will be based on a point system and you will be able to spend your points however you want each month. (This will make more sense when you see the form). No points will be rolled over each month so be sure to use them all!
